How It Works

1. Place Your Order
Complete your order and checkout by MIDNIGHT on Wednesdays.
We will process orders Thursday mornings and must have all meal counts in by that time for it to be part of our weekend cook.

We Cook!
Meals are prepared fresh on Saturdays by Chef Steve.
We use a variety of whole, fresh ingredients and high-quality spices & seasonings to create food both healthy and delicious!

3. Time to Pick Up
Notification are sent when orders are ready. Come on Sunday between 3pm-5pm. OR during regular training hours weekdays.

We offer three portion sizes. Here are generalized recommendations based on the average man or woman's needs:
- Large – For men in a bulking phase.
- Medium – For men maintaining or cutting, or women in a bulking phase.
- Small – For women maintaining or cutting.
