    We will process orders Thursday mornings and must have all meal counts in by that time for it to be part of our weekend cook.

    We use a variety of whole, fresh ingredients and high-quality spices & seasonings to create food both healthy and delicious!
  • 3. Time to Pick Up

    Notification are sent when orders are ready. Come on Sunday between 3pm-5pm. OR during regular training hours weekdays.

Portion Sizes and Macros

Nutritional needs vary by person based on several factors including size, activity, and goals. We recommend consulting with a nutrition expert for personalized guidance on what macros you should eat per meal.

We offer three portion sizes. Here are generalized recommendations based on the average man or woman's needs:

  • Large – For men in a bulking phase.
  • Medium – For men maintaining or cutting, or women in a bulking phase.
  • Small – For women maintaining or cutting.
